West Shores

West Shores is a 640 acre residential lake community nestled at the intersection of Highway 275 and West Dodge Road in Waterloo, Nebraska.  West Shores features a 203 acre sand bottom lake with 242 lake lots/homes and 49 off lake villa lots.

Neighborhood amenities include a state of the art children's park and walking trail, recreational island and a marina with fuel pumps.  An event center and restaurant development are breaking ground in June of 2020 on commercial property at the marina.
